Discussion and possible action to approve a refund in the amount of $3,450.98 to Anderson Columbia Co Inc. Accounts #90090101146 through #1001-209415 had over-payments for tax year 2016. [Account #1001-209415]

Issue: Upon receiving Check #170208 from Anderson Columbia Co Inc, the above-mentioned accounts had been previously paid by another entity resulting in the over-payment of taxes for year 2016.

Solution: Refund said amount to Anderson Columbia Co Inc for the over-payments.

Result: The monies will be reimbursed tot he appropriate taxpayer.
