Discussion and possible action to authorize the budget office to identify incentive line item options within the Sheriff’s budget in an effort to assist the department with payroll alternatives for the following slots; and any other matters incident thereto:

Issue: Requesting to increase pay for the Public Information Officer (PIO) Slot # 0547 to an hourly rate of $23.97 and the Finance Director Slot # 0533 to an hourly rate of $36.04.

Solution: Increase the salary of both slots, accordingly, in an effort to properly compensate these two positions.

Result: Both salaries will match the requested amounts.
