Discussion and possible action to approve the following budget amendment (line item transfer); and any other matters incident thereto. This budget line item transfer is for a grant; and, therefore, no impact on the general fund. Moreover, this does not need an actual budget amendment request to the funding agency since, under the actual grant budget, funding does not need to be moved from one line item budget to another. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures.
