Discussion and possible action to clarify the Thirty-Six (36) month financial lease purchase agreement approved on February 12, 2018, Agenda item #25 for a 2017 John Deere 622GX Motor Grader or similar model, financed through an authorized financial institution and Webb County for a total amount not to exceed $276,000.00, payable in monthly installments, in accordance with the Local Government Code; Section 271.005 (Authority to Contract for Personal Property) and with Texas Local Government Code Section 271.102 (c) (Cooperative Purchasing Program Participation) (Buyboard Contract 515-16); and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
