Issue: Geotechnical Testing is required for ongoing Countywide Road projects. Professional services were solicited in accordance with the Texas Government Code (Professional Service Procurement Act) Chapter 2254.

Solution: Award to the highest ranking firm and accept the rankings as submitted by the Scoring Committee.

Results: Secure a professional service agreement for Geotechnical testing for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months for all related Webb County Road projects.
