Discussion and possible action to approve a lease agreement between Webb County and Enterprise Fleet Management (TIPS #2072816) for a 48-month term at an annual cost of $7,264.20 for one (1) police package leased vehicle to be assigned to the Webb County Constable Pct. 3 Office and in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Subchapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 & 271.102 and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The police charger was involved in a wreck, vehicle was repaired through an insurance claim but is still not road-worthy or safe for law enforcement use as per the Constables Office. Constable Cortez is requesting one leased police package vehicle to replace the 2016 Dodge Charger currently not being used due to damages sustained during wreak.

Solution: Consider approval of a (48) month term lease agreement for one 2020 leased unit to replace damaged unit used for law enforcement operations.

Result: Upon arrival of new unit, department will turn over county owned unit to the Purchasing Agent for future sale of public property.
