Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and release of retainage in the amount of $27,889.50 to Southern Trenchless Solutions (Purchase Order 2019-6621 Lift-Station #4 Paseo de Danubio & 2019-6534 Lift-Station #2 Espejo Molina North) for the Wastewater Improvements Project; and have the County Judge sign relevant documents and any others matters incident thereto. Issue: Lift Stations did not have enough pump capacity and Backup Generators or Diesel Pumps.

Solution: Lift stations 2 and 4 Improvements.

Result: In compliance with T.C.E.Q.
