Issue: Engineering services for this project were under budgeted. Webb County Economic Development Department submitted a Request for a Budget Modification to the Texas Department of Agriculture and it was approved.

Solution: Submit a line item transfer to assure funds are in the correct account as per budget modification.

Result: With additional funds available for engineering services, the project will be able to get completed.
