Discussion and possible action to enter into a Master Lease Agreement (#648410L) with TCF National Bank and adopt two Resolutions authorizing negotiation, execution and delivery of Lease No. 008-0648410-100, being a forty-eight month Lease Agreement for the lease of eighty 2021 E-Z-GO RXV Elite Golf Cars together with any and all attachments included thereto in the amount of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two Dollars and Forty Cents ($7,622.40) monthly and Lease No. 008-0648410-302 for the lease of eighty TFM l0EX GPS Units together with any and all attachments and accessories included thereto in the amount of Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars and Forty Cents monthly (being a monthly total of $10,896.80) and further authorizing entering into an Equipment Schedule (Fair Market Value Purchase Option) for each of the aforementioned leases and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Background:

Additional carts were discussed by the Court and authorized, the lease agreement will allow the acquisition of 80 golf carts.
