Report from County Judge’s Office and staff regarding department head meetings addressing county emergency preparedness and response to severe freezing weather recently experienced during the week of February 15th-19th, 2021; with discussion and possible action to authorize administrative staff to prepare an itemized list of all incurred damages and replacement costs; with additional action to include proposed list of necessary equipment and plan of action to address future emergency; and any other matters incident thereto.
