Discussion and possible action to approve the transfer of employees as promotion within the following Slots #2340 & #2709 to #2201 & #2807 with salary changes and approve the filling of the resultant vacant Slots #2340 & #2709, subject upon the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines:

Issue: Slots 2201 & 2807 Community Center Assistant are currently vacant.

Solution: Promote employees from within the department and post and fill resulting vacant slots #2340 & #2709.

Result: Filling of vacant slots by promoting within will promote employee morale, while filling resulting vacant slots will alleviate work overload.
