Discussion and possible action to award Request for Proposal 2022-002 "Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 Place 2 & Casa Ortiz HVAC Upgrades” to sole proposer Temprite Mechanical Inc., in an amount not to exceed $196,620.00 in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code 262.030 and to further authorize the transfer of $164,570.00 from the 2016 Bond Interest Income Account to the 2016 Bond Series - Construction in Progress Chiller Plant Account and any other matters incident thereto [Account #3865-7420-001-474501-045 (Construction in Progress Chiller Plant) $32,050.00 and Series 2016 interest income of $164,570.00 = $196,620.00]

Issue: One (1) proposal was submitted in response to formal Solicitation.

Solution: Consider awarding RFP to sole proposal.
