Discussion and possible action to adopt the 2023 Permit and Inspection fees schedule, Addendum 2 to the 2023 and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Fee schedule needed for inspection/permits for compliance in life safety and fire safety policies.

Solution: Fee schedule will allow the Marshal’s office to issue citations on violations to buildings within the unincorporated areas of Webb County.

Result: Fee schedule will enforce fire safety compliance to any public, commercial, and multi-family residential buildings located within unincorporated areas of Webb County.
