Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement between Webb County for El Aguila and Hachar Bus Ads, for the performance period beginning from the date of agreement to September 30, 2024, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) gross revenues for advertisement contracts obtained through Hachar Bus Ads and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
