Discussion and possible action to approve the submission of a budget amendment request to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Supplemental Contract No. 58940004188 and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. The solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures. [CEAP Account #2362-5360-521]

Issue: Funds available in account will not cover costs needed to continue operation of service through the Comprehensive Energy Program (CEAP) Supplemental.

Solution: Submit a budget amendment request for CEAP Contract No. 58940004188 to modify the contract’s Budget Category to reclassify fund allocations.

Result: Once a budget amendment has been submitted, there will be additional funds available to continue operations through the CEAP Supplemental program.
