Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and release of 5% retainage in the amount of $10,000.00 to PHT Enterprises, LLC for the construction of the Sacred Heart Children’s Home-Boy’s and Teenager’s Cottage Sewer Renovation Plus through the Non-Governmental Organizations ARPA Sub-Award and for the County Judge to sign any relevant documents and any other matter incident thereto. [Account #2703-5205-001-463701-120]

Issue: Five percent (5%) of the construction project amount is held in retainage from the contractor for 30 days from completion date of each project to ensure that any deficiencies which may arise are addressed by the contractor. The contract amount is $20,000,00 and 5% retainer amount is $10,000,00.

Solution: Commissioners Court authorizes the release of the retainer funds to the contractor.

Result: The contractor will be paid for services rendered.
