Discussion and possible action to establish, by Order of the Webb County Commissioners Court, a reinvestment zone to be known as the Webb County Cedro Hill Wind Reinvestment Zone Number 1. The Proposed Reinvestment Zone comprises approximately 24,600 acres and is located approximately 34 miles east of Laredo and north of the town of Oilton, Texas.; directing a proposed Tax Abatement agreement be prepared; authorizing the publication of all required notices as per statute and any other matters incident thereto. [No effect on the budget]

Background:

A reinvestment zone is required before any tax abatement can be approved.
