Issue: Title Related Services is a grant line item available for Self Help Center applicants that have property deed issues that need to be corrected. The need for these funds did not present itself, therefore a line item transfer is being requested in order to utilize funds in accordance with grant requirements.

Solution: Approve line item transfer so that funds can be utilized in accordance with grant requirements.

Result: Utilization of grant funds in compliance with grant requirements.
