Discussion and possible action to authorize the budget amendment to transfer court reporter incentive authorized by order on the adoption of the budget in the amount not to exceed $12,000 plus fringe ($14,536 total).

Issue:
The following incentive monies were not allocated during the preparation of the budget since it was a vacant court reporter slot at the time. Incentives were only budgeted for filled slots.
Solution:
Approve the proposed change to have funding for incentive.
Result:
Ability for department to process incentive worksheet for the court reporter assigned.
