Discussion with possible action to modify the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Contract #ARPA-0008 performance statement and budget for the Community Action Agency (CAA) Meals-on-Wheels Facility Project to include the Webb County Community Action Agency Administration and Community Social Services Program to the project and authorize the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documentation. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Procedures. [Account #2703-5205-006]

Issue: Webb County Community Action Agency Administration and Social Services require a long-term facility that suits the needs of the services they provide to the community.

Solution: Modify the Meals on Wheels Facility Project to include Webb County Community Action Agency Administration and Social Services into the facility.

Result: The new facility will be a unified location, with adequate space for the services provided for the Webb County Community Action Agency Administration, Social Services, and Meals on Wheels Program.
