Discussion and possible action to approve release of 10% retainage for the completion of Webb County Housing Rehabilitation Program in Colonia Pueblo Nuevo under the Texas Community Development Program (TCDP) #712095 - Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documentation. This action will not impact the general fund. [Account #471-2311]

Background:

Texas Community Development Block Grant received from the Texas Department of Agriculture in the amount of $500,000 for the rehabilitation of seventeen (17) homes in Colonia Pueblo Nuevo for low-to-moderate income families.

Previous Court Action:

Commissioners Court awarded bid 2013-20 Webb County Rehabilitaiton Program in Colonia Pueblo Nuevo to the lowest and best qualified bidder for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG). (Approved on Oct. 15, 2013, item #11)
