Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and acceptance of the JP #4 Renovation Project and the release of 1% retainage in the amount of $5,405.77 and a contract balance of $3,962.10 for a total of $9,367.87 to Zertuche Construction. [Account 604-2311 & 604-0101-8103]

Background:

Current J.P. Pct. #4 Remodeling and Additions Contract has been completed. On October 28, 2013 additional signage was approved to be added to the contract to dedicate the building to Judge Martinez for his years of service.

Previous Court Action:

Court approved signage November 12, 2013.
