Discussion and possible action to reject Request For Proposal 2014 01 Kiosk Services for County Bill Payments as recommended by the Kiosk Evaluation Committee.

Background:

The Webb County Commissioners Court approved the solicitation of the RFP for Kiosk services.

The Webb County Commissioners' Court named an evaluation committee to including purchasing, auditors, tax office, legal, and IT departments. The committee met and reviewed the needs of the different departments. The recommendation from the committee was to reject proposals and not use kiosk services at this time. Other bill payment options will be reviewed.

Five proposals have been submitted. The RFP responders will be notified of the recommendation of the committee and the decision of the court to reject all proposals.

The Webb County Commissioners Court approved the solicitation of the RFP for Kiosk Services.
