Discussion and possible action authorizing the Webb County District Attorney to enter into a purchase and maintenance agreement with New Dawn Technologies for software which enables electronic discovery of evidence by defense counsel. The contract specifies an expense of FIVE THOUSAND FORTY DOLLARS ($5,040.00), commencing March 1, 2014 and ending February 28, 2015 and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
