Background:
The purpose of the contribution is to provide funding for energy assistance payment to Reliant Energy customers under the CARE program. WCCAA will accept enrollment applications from potential clients and qualify Reliant Energy customers as eligible recipients in accordance with the Reliant Energy CARE Program requirements.
