• One (1) roadway right-of-way easement out of Lot 3 out of Tract 13, Ranchitos IV Los Minerales Subdivision, from Maria Isabel Cueva, being a tract of land containing 0.0235 acres.

 
•  A dedication out of Tract 41 Unit IV, Ranchos Penitas West Subdivision, from Gregorio Leon Garcia, being a tract of land of 2,912 square feet.

 
• A dedication out of Lot 6, Block 1, Los Altos Subdivision, from United Independent School District, being a tract of land of 2,865.75 square feet.

 
• A dedication out of Lot 14, Block 17, Pueblo Nuevo Subdivision, from Mario Ruben Martinez, being a tract of land containing 0.0323 acres and to authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Engineer ROW Department]
