Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty-Nine (39) month (April 28, 2014 through July 28, 2017) Lease Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and the Webb County Engineering Department for a Toshiba Digital Copier at a cost of THREE HUNDRED FOUR DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS ($304.90) per month for a total amount of ELEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-ONE DOLLARS AND TEN CENTS ($11,891.10) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
