Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty-Nine (39) month (April 28, 2014 through July 28, 2017) Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and the Webb County Engineering Department for a Toshiba EStudio 856 Digital Copier at a cost of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE DOLLARS AND SIXTY CENTS ($129.60) per quarter for a total amount of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND EIGHTY CENTS($1,684.80) over the term of the agreement with an excess charge of 0.0078 per copy, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
