Discussion and possible action to approve a decrease in change order approved by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for a Housing Rehabilitation Project located at 133 E Ozuna in Colonia Pueblo Nuevo under the Texas Community Development Program (TCDP) #712095 - Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documentation. This will not impact the general fund.

Background:

Texas Community Development Block Grant received from the Texas Department of Agriculture in the amount of $500,000 for the rehabilitation of seventeen (17) homes in Colonia Pueblo Nuevo for low-to-moderate income families.

Previous Court Action:

Commissioners Court awarded bid 2014-2 Webb County Rehabilitaiton Program in Colonia Pueblo Nuevo to the lowest and best qualified bidder for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG). (Approved on March 24, 2014, Addendum/item #1)
