Discussion and possible action to accept grant contract #58130001982 award for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) from the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA) for Program Year 2014 - Contract Start Date April 01, 2014 to Contract end date September 30, 2014, in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND EIGHTY THREE DOLLARS ($240,083.00) and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

Background:

The Webb County CAA received an additional PY 2014 Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) - Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program allocation of $240,083.00. The contract period is from April 1, 2014 - September 30, 2014. The funding shall be utilized for utility assistance.
