Discussion and possible action to authorize the county engineer and building maintenance department to perform a building assessment of the county building located at 4101 Juarez St., to include roof repairs, air conditioning system repairs/replacement, mold inspection, security system, replacement of front and back entrance doors, painting, and other expenditures incident thereto in order to render the facilities acceptable to receive certification for providing treatment and to be Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant, including but not limited to, parking lot refurbishing, access ramps, etc.; with further action authorizing the purchasing agent to solicit Request for Proposals for recommended repairs needed; and any other matters incident thereto.
