Background:
This case involves a complaint filed with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct against Webb County Court at Law No. 1 Presiding Judge Alvino “Ben” Morales, as Respondent in Austin, Texas, while acting in his Official Judicial Capacity as the Presiding Judge of the Webb County Court at Law No. 1. 
 
In order to avoid, prevent, and/or due to the actual, apparent and/or possible conflicts of interests, Webb County Attorney Marco A. Montemayor and his staff, are unable to provide Judge Morales with legal representation in regards the claims alleged against Webb County Court at Law No. 1 Presiding Judge Alvino “Ben” Morales in the complaint filed with the State Commission of Judicial Conduct, while acting in his Official Judicial Capacity as the Presiding Judge of the Webb County Court at Law No. 1.
