Discussion and possible action to authorize to execute and approve a Professional Architectural Services contract by and between Webb County and Hickey, Pena, Architects, LLC., in the amount of $158,000.00, plus $65,000.00 for reimbursable expenses, for a total sum of $222,400.00. Hickey and Pena, LLC, shall provide the design and architectural services needed for the construction of the future Webb County Main Fire Station and Administration Building, approximately 13,200 sq. ft., in size which shall be located along Bob Bullock Loop (Loop 20).
