Discussion and possible action to acknowledge the receipt of the Notice of Eligible Grant Award in the amount of $5,592,743 from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to Webb County, under the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Program and as created by SB 1747; and to approve Webb County enter into a grant agreement with TxDOT for said program and authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents on behalf of Webb County. This grant is a reimbursement grant and requires a 10% match from Webb County. Webb County is required to submit a final project list to TxDOT within 30 calendar days after the final execution the grant agreement. [Requested by Jose L. Ceballos, TOTEM]
