Discussion and possible action to enter into a Interlocal Agreement between Webb County on behalf of the Webb County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Laredo acting on behalf of the Laredo Police Department to enter into an agreement with Operation Stonegarden (“OPSG”) funded by the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) and led by the Customs and Border Protection Border Patrol to support overtime, fringe benefits, certain pre-approved law enforcement equipment for operational purposes and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
