Discussion and possible action to approve a nonfinancial cooperative agreement between Webb County Head Start and South Texas Workforce Solutions, Child Care Services. The goal is to provide services to guide, aid and strengthen families. The agreement will be for Five (5) years beginning April 1, 2015 and ending August 31, 2020 and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Aliza Oliveros, Webb County Head Start Director]
