Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement between Juvenile Justice Center a department of Webb County, and Southwest Key Programs, Inc. Southwest Key Program will provide services for “Prevention and Early Intervention Services” for status offenders. The Juvenile Justice Department will determine who receives services. The program will target incorrigible, truant and runaway behavior for ages 11-15. The agreement will be effective for One (1) year beginning on April 1, 2015, the Department will pay a flat monthly rate of $7,469.16 and will renew each year if budget allows and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
