Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution that Webb County agrees to implement a policy that will provide job training, employment and contracting opportunities in accordance with 12 U.S.C. 1701u, for Section 3 residents and Section 3 businesses. This is a prerequisite to receiving Texas Department of Agriculture grants and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
