Discussion and possible action to approve a policy dealing with the use of excessive force, the policy prohibits the use of excessive force by law enforcement agencies within its jurisdiction against individuals engaged in nonviolent civil rights demonstration. This is a prerequisite to receiving Texas Department Agriculture grants and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
