Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Attorney’s office to approve an Inter Local Agreement between Webb County and Webb Consolidated Independent School District (WCISD) for the construction of a community and educational training building located in or around Bruni, Texas, to be paid from funds contributed by Whitetail Wind Energy to the County in the amount of $300,000 for this purpose. Webb County will assist WCISD by administering the funding for this project and will provide oversight necessary to ensure that the available funds are used for this specific project.
