Discussion and possible action to approve Area Health Education Center as Representative Organization for Category "C" for the Webb County Community Action Agency Advisory Board; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: State mandates of filling vacancies when applicable terms end as per Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 5 Rule 5.215.

Solution: Vacancies will be filled.

Result: We will comply with the TDHCA-Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 5 Rule 5.215.

Background:

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) State mandates filling of vacancies when applicable terms end as per Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 5 Rule 5.215.

Previous Court Action:

On October 13, 2015 the Commissioner's Court approved Bethany House and Lulac Council #624 as Representative Organizations for Category "C".
