Discussion and possible action to authorize the Interim Purchasing Agent to solicit bids for La Presa Mangana-Hein Potable Water Dispenser Improvement Project as specified in the project design by the Webb County Engineering Department. Project design will be reviewed by the Webb County Engineering Department, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documentation.
