Discussion and possible action to approve a refund in the amount of $14,503.55 to Corelogic Tax Services. Accounts #92300004108 through #99010008020 had over-payments for tax year 2016. [Account #1001-209415]

Issue: Upon receiving payment from Corelogice Tax Services, the above-mentioned accounts had adjustments to taxable values or had been previously paid by another entity resulting in the over-payment of taxes for 2016.

Solution: Refund said amount to Corelogic Tax Services for the over-payments.

Result: The monies will be reimbursed to the appropriate taxpayers.
