Discussion and possible action to approve a contract between Webb County, on behalf of Webb County Community Action Agency and Capluck, Inc. (CAP60) for the purchase and implementation of client-tracking software for social services and case management services at the Webb County Community Action Agency. The annual subscription price is Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($3,800) which includes: Unlimited access to CAP60 Solution (Unlimited number of users) Unlimited Live technical support, Application Hosting and Bandwidth, All Updates and Enhancements, Regular Nightly Backup and Regularly scheduled on-line training. Funding shall be provided from the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA) 2017 Community Social Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. The term contract will be a One (1) year term (March 27, 2017- March 24, 2018. [Account #2368-5170-521-457008]

Issue: The annual subscription price is $3,800 which includes: Unlimited Web Access to CAP60 Solutions (Unlimited number of users). Unlimited Live technical support. Application Hosting and Bandwidth. Regular Updates and Enhancements. Regular Nightly Backup. Regularly scheduled on-line training. Access to all CAP60 Video Library.

Solution: CAP60 will be renewed to continue implementing client-tracking software for social services and case management services at the Webb County Community Action Agency.

Result: This will help Program staff have a better client-tracking system.
