Issue: Due to payroll savings from vacant positions, funds are available in the Payroll Cost line item to transfer money for allowable expenses.

Solution: Approve line item transfer requested.

Result: The Meals on Wheels Association of Texas Conference will be held in Forth Worth, Texas on April 17-20, 2017. The Training conference committee is please to provide a day by day schedule of events and workshops. The committee has prepared a tremendous line-up of top quality presenters and an array of workshop and round-table discussion topics.
