Discussion and possible action to purchase Time Clock Plus hand scanners in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00 and to authorize a transfer of funds from Fund #3015-7050-001-470000-075 (Comprehensive Contingency Fund) to Fund #3015-1280-001-470000 (Capital Outlay - Information Technology); and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Delia Perales, Webb County Treasurer]

Issue: As per Commissioners Court approval on March 27, 2017, all county employees will require clocking in through the county's current biometric system. Shortage in scanners has required the additional purchase of these items.

Solution: Purchase necessary equipment to ensure all employees have access to biometric system scanning.

Result: All employees complying with court order.
