Discussion and possible action to approve Work Authorization No. 4 for the Espejo-Gates Project under the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund (C.T.I.F.) in the amount of $27,500.00 for contract between Webb County and S&B Infrastructure to make revisions and reduce project scope as directed by Webb County due to budgetary constraints. Termination date of September 22, 2017 will remain; and have the Webb County Judge sign all relevant documents. [Account #3720-7230-001-432001]

Issue: Meet funding constraints.

Solution: Modify roadway design due to budget.

Result: Eliminate two (2) bridge crossings (as a separate project, bridge crossings will be done in the future, through other Texas Department of Transportation funding) and modify roadway design in order to meet funding available.
