Discussion and possible action to approve a Management Control Agreement between Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), FBI Criminal Justice Information Systems and Webb County Sheriff’s Office and Informational Technology Department. Agreement will establish and enforce access and use of the Texas DPS Law Enforcement and associated systems with the assistance of a non-criminal justice governmental agency.
