Issue: Our Administrative Travel, formerly Training and Education has been cut over the last three years, and our court requires either annual or bi-annual re-certification or continued legal education hours for the following employees: Judge, Court Reporter, Court Interpreter, Bailiff, Court Coordinators/Administrator.

Solution: Approval of the line item transfer to allocate the funds needed to cover the needed training and education.

Result: Employees will be in Compliance of all Government Codes and Statues.
