Discussion and possible action to approve a revision to the Webb County Community Action Agency By-Laws- Article X- Section 2 and Article XIII-Section 1.

Issue: These proposed revisions are being recommended by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for compliance with the Organizational Standards.

Solution: CAA will revise By-Laws to comply with Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA)Organizational Standards.

Result: CAA will be compliant with the Organizational Standards. Once approved by the Governing Board (Commissioner's Court) a signed copy of the By-Laws will be given to each board member.
